Who we are

UBT Recruitment was founded in 2017 to help small to medium sized businesses grow with only the very best available talent the market could offer.

Since then, we have grown to a team of 7 and we serve growing businesses across the whole of the United Kingdom. We are all seasoned, professional recruiters and collectively have over 70 years recruitment experience between us. 1: Our Full Professional Recruitment Service

Put simply, you have a requirement, you engage with us to find your perfect candidate and we make the introduction. This includes salary benchmarking, market intelligence, psychometric testing, full advertising and proactive sourcing, fully screened candidates and profiles.

2: Dedicated Professional Retained Headhunting

When you need a specific candidate from a pre-agreed target list of companies or Industry sector, we offer a dedicated Headhunt service when a traditional advertising/proactive CV database search will not suffice.

Executive recruiting is an art that requires discretion and trust and comes from years of specialised experience. It is a highly skilled discipline provided by focussed experts who work intimately and sensitively with your organisation to carefully define a role and then to shortlist and track suitable candidates who may not be on the open market. This is done by getting to know you and your people on an individual basis, so we can present prospective candidates with a compelling reason to join your team. With our specialist experience we will continually research the key sectors and the organisations operating within it. Our consultants are expertly positioned to operate extensive searches by leveraging their insightful and knowledgeable network of contacts, to pinpoint the best executives for your organisation.

It takes the right contacts, credibility, and most importantly, the right approach. To secure the right individual for your top job, you need the right headhunting partner by your side not only to find the right skills and experience but also the right fit.

3: Advertise Only Service

Certain jobs can be applicant rich and you may not have the budget for a fully fledged recruitment service.

For part-time and certain roles under £25,000 (or otherwise agreed by us) we will offer an advertise only service which involves:

  • Professional fully optimised job advert copywriting.
  • UBTR will post the role on our recruitment system to over 15 premium and free job pages for a two-week period sharing all applications with you every 48 hours so you do not miss out on fresh applicants.
  • UBTR will share all applications with you so you have potential talent pools for future reference too.
